Why RudderYaw?
A rudder is an instrument on a boat or plane used to correct yaw, which is a movement away from a direct course.
Tim knows what its like to get off course. Join him to learn from his story, and gain tools to navigate life's adverse yaw.
Inspiring people with vulnerable storytelling, conversation, and an invitation to reflect, Tim will capture and uplift your audience, and they'll leave with a desire to be at their best.
Sometimes its easier to correct course with someone to help navigate. Tim works with leaders at all levels who have the desire to get unstuck, make discoveries, or just take a step forward.
Connecting with audiences through honesty and humor, Tim shares what he's learned about making mistakes, growing from them, and offering tools that challenge people to be the best versions of themselves.
Tim's story resonates with diverse audiences in any industry as demonstrated in front of over 900 bankers in the Grand Ballroom of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada during the Financial Brand Forum.
Tim has enjoyed a diverse career as an HR Executive with companies like Microsoft, Nintendo, Starbucks and Slalom. He currently serves as Board Chair for the Northshore YMCA of Greater Seattle, his beloved hometown.
Tim believes in the power of storytelling to inspire hearts and minds, motivate action, and drive change. His passions include playing the guitar, running, and spending time outdoors with his wife, two children and Gus the family dog. He is intolerably "unfair" about his kid’s use of electronics.
